The only traditional Japanese-style inn with natural hot springs in Tsuwano. This castle-like, five-story hotel is located in the center of town, making it a convenient hub for sightseeing. All floors in the interior are tatami-covered, and free color yukata (light cotton kimono) are provided for women.

何度か利用させて頂いているのですが、行くたびに何かしらバージョンアップされている感じです。 そして、朝食、夕食ともに後付け（指定時間までに予約）できます。 今回、想定外の大雪で飲食店、物販店がほとんど開いていない為、食事を後付けさせて頂いたところ、快くご対応頂き助かりました。 近隣に早朝、夜開いているカフェが無く、普段なら近いコンビニも足元悪いのでホテルのカフェコーナーのコーヒーがあり本当によかったです。 細かいところで、いろいろ親切な方々ばかりで、津和野に行くならこのホテルしかないなと実感しました。

ホントにゆっくりと出来ました。部屋のお風呂、あいにくの雨で雨音が大きかったのは、少し気になりましたが、お湯の温度調節も簡単でスムーズに出来、また、洗い場も別にシャワールームがあって、びっくりしました。とても良かったです。心置きなく芯から寛ぐことが出来ました。 大浴場、露天風呂も朝早くから入れて、いい目覚めになりました。館内設備では、焼酎・ウイスキーのサービス、コーヒーのサービスと至れり尽くせり、ただ、レンジがなかったのが少し残念でした。チェックインが遅く、食事の予約してなかったもので。

お正月に家族で泊まりました。 滞在中、宿の皆さんの温かいおもてなしがとても嬉しかったです。 温泉には子供用のあひるさんが置いてあり、普段はすぐ上がろうとしてゆっくり入れないことが多いですが、今回は子供も大人も楽しむことができました。ありがとうございました。

日本１００名城のスタンプの旅で津和野城を訪れた時に宿泊しました。 ２台でのツーリングでしたが玄関横に駐輪させていただきました。 景色も周辺の徒歩観光にも便利でよかったです。 夜は神楽を５００円でバス送迎付きで鑑賞できましたし、翌朝もホテルのマイクロバスで津和野町のミニ観光も無料で良かったです。 ＳＬが走ってるのを知らなかったので、もう少し早く到着してれば見れたんですが、またの機会に訪れる予定です。

“Subtle...”
I decided to stay here after reading the posts here. But there was no matcha tea service, no minibus tour in the morning, no yukata to choose from, nothing. I think it is hard to maintain business in these days. Maybe that's why the light umbrellas in the rooms are torn and the amenities are not sufficient. However, the employees are all very nice. The breakfast is not fancy, but it is delicious. I feel that these two points cover the other shortcomings. The person I shared a bath with said that the number of accommodations in Tsuwano is decreasing and this is the only place left.
