This is the third time we have used this hotel. Once again, the customer service, facilities, food, etc. were all excellent and made for a great family vacation. I was wondering if the reservation for an infant is not communicated to the ryokan if the reservation is made through Rurubu? I made a reservation for 2 adults, 1 child, and 1 infant, but the reservation was for 3 people. We had to pay the entrance fee separately for the infant.

We had a reservation for the same time last year, but unfortunately cancelled it during the Corona disaster! We visited this time because we wanted to revisit with full measures when the corona subsides. I think the costa is very good. The room rate is reasonable even though it is a detached house called Kansuiso and has a hot spring room bath. I was able to spend a relaxing time without seeing many other people. It would have been nice if the dining room could have been a private room. Some groups had private rooms, so what's the difference?

Great onsen and services, I like the private onsen on the 6th floor, public onsen is also very big. Hotel also provided shuttle bus to pickup us from atsumi onsen station. Staffs are very kind and help us to organize a taxi services for one day trip to D

A classic large Onsen resort hotel. Room was palatial & would still be spacious for 2. Ambiance is very relaxed & service is solicitous & overall very good. A perfect nearby place to chill out after Dewa Sanzan, especially if one spent a night on Gassan. H

“Long-established ryokan in a quiet hot spring resort”
Japanese style ryokan with a long-established atmosphere. The reception desk and information desk are polite and courteous. The hot spring water was circulating, but it was gentle. There were many guests staying at the ryokan, but we avoided the busy times, so we were able to relax and enjoy the hot spring. The TV in the room was small and the bedding and pillows were not very good. I guess it depends on the accommodation plan, but I was not satisfied with the meals. All of us who stayed at the hotel agreed that it was relatively expensive in terms of the balance between the content and the price, but since we received a prefectural residents' discount, that evened out the cost.
