It was supposed to be a cheap tile...”
I had used them many times in other prefectures, but I was disappointed about this place. The room curtains were open and I was surprised to see dust flying around. The glasses provided were dirty and we had to wash them ourselves before using them. The Wi-Fi connection was not working. This is not the case in other prefectures. The rice cooker was empty. We had no choice but to eat porridge. The staff is so poorly trained that they don't notice unless guests point it out to them. This stay changed my image of this company. I don't think I will go there again, but I hope they will improve for the sake of those who will stay there in the future.

The service was as usual, and I have no complaints in particular, but the price had increased considerably since the last time I used the service, which had an impact on me as a pensioner.

I always use this hotel because it is the most convenient and has the best environment in Tsuruoka. I was disappointed that the Rurubu plan was not eligible for travel support this time. I wish the blood pressure meter in the lobby would be restored.

The travel discount started after I made the reservation, and I was able to apply it and get a very good price. The blood pressure monitor in the lobby is very nice, but the cuff belt seems to be getting loose.
