    too far from Karuizawa central. it says 30 minutes by car from hotel to JR station, but actually it takes 45 minutes. The price is high compared to the room.

    Buffet meals not up to minimum standard. So little to chose from and are not of 'Western"standard. Japanese food should be included for variety purposes to appease various people.

    Western Buffet for 2 meals - limited quantity and quality. Should have more variety and some Japanese food to go with. Down trodden faces could be seen at the dining hall with all unhappy with the buffet meals.
