建物、景色、館内の調度品、従業員のサービス、どれをとっても「流石ウィンザー」という感じでした。 そんな「流石ウィンザー」で、２つだけ残念な事があったのでご紹介を。 １つ目はパティスリーの事。ここで購入したケーキが美味しかったのでお土産にチョコレートでも…、と思い買いにいったところ「ギフト用にはできません」と女性スタッフの素っ気無い一言。何かお土産にしてはいけないという感じの言い方をされ驚きましたが、できればギフト対応してもらえたらと思った次第です。 ２つ目はベルスタッフの事。このホテルは地下駐車場まで行けるエレベーターが無い為、車寄せまで荷物を運び車に積むのですが、私が荷物の移動をお願いした日本人スタッフは嫌々対応しているのが直ぐに判りました。実際に荷物を運んで下さったのはアジア系（？）スタッフの方でしたが、とても親切で丁寧だったので、最終的には気分良くホテルをあとにすることができました。

夕方に着いたの新設に対処してくださいました。 次回は、早めにチェックインして、楽しみたいです。 ショップの女性店員の方もとても親切で良かったです。 是非また行きたいです。

１泊で離れるのが惜しい～しばらく滞在したい、居心地の良い最高のホテルでした。ホテル内も室内もゆったり広い、プールも快適でした。

最悪の天候でチェックインしたが、ホテルのおもてなしで最高の気分でした。 部屋もグレードアップしていただき翌日は最高の天気で最高の景色で最高の思い出になりました。

Inconvenient unless driving, lobby area very grand, however hotel is overpriced for quality, and rooms and bathrooms all a little dated.
