The rickshaw (jinrikisha) and folksy alagoushi around the entrance is the landmark. It is a small scale ryokan (traditional Japanese-style inn) with 7 rooms in the main building and 5 rooms in the dependency. The reputation of the food it serves has also lead to its opening of the restaurant in London.

This is my family favorite place for this Japan trip. The dinner serving the long leg crabs is really delicious. I feel that it was a bit expensive, however decided to give it a try. After the stay I found it worth every pennies.
