The pick-up service from Kinosaki Onsen is timed, but thank you for accommodating us even though we arrived early this time. The staff was very helpful. I would like to go back again.

予約時に載っていた夕食メニューと当日のメニューが違っていた。プラン名も番号もまったく同じだった。期待していたアワビや牛肉のメニューは材料こそ同じだったが、ぜんぜん違う料理として目の前に並んだ。 スタッフに確認したら「今は、このメニューです。」との事だった。どうやら、るるぶの予約サイトの夕食メニューが更新されていなかったようだった。そのメニューだったから選んだのにすごく残念だった。子供の卒業旅行として来ていたが家族全員、不満が残った。

温泉街から車で約１０分、立地条件が悪いのに、食事のあと寝るしかない。４人部屋は布団を敷いたら、足の踏み場もない状態でした。浴衣の貸し出しありは、良かったです。食事は、かにを堪能出来ました。蟹淡雪鍋、味が濃く、野菜が少なくて、食べづらかったです。朝食は、良かったです。前に泊まった旅館の方が、価格も安いし、温泉街で、料理も美味しかったです。

“Good points and negative points”
The brother at the front desk was very helpful, which was a plus, and the breakfast on the second day was upgraded from the first day, which was a plus, but when I returned to the inn at night, there was no one at the front desk, so I could not return to my room for a while, and I had to wait without knowing what was going on and the TV was not working. It would have been nice to be within walking distance to Kinosaki Onsen. Overall, a plus. Thank you for your hospitality. Thank you very much.
