仕事で８月に利用しましたが、繁忙期で利用料が高いようでしたが、ホテルの内容全体が気に入っていたので利用しました。 共同のお風呂と食事が良いので満足です。

苫小牧駅の真ん前と立地は最高でした。全体的に満足でしたが、大浴場の利用可能な時間について、チェックインの時に夜は２時まで利用可能と伺いましたが、朝は何時から何時まで利用可能だったのか部屋の案内では分からなかったので朝の利用可能時間もチェックイン時に聞いておけば良かったです。

お湯を沸かそうとケトルの中を見たら、なにやら茶色い液体が少し残っていて、 中をすすいでから沸かしたのに昆布出汁のような臭い。再び洗ってから使用しました。前の宿泊者がケトルで昆布茶でも作ったのでしょうか？Ｗｉ－Ｆｉも遅くて使えない。大浴場があるのは疲れがとれていいですね２回も入ったので満足。

何時も、苫小牧での宿泊は殆ど、ルートインです。 小さめながら、浴場があります。 また、駅前なので、バスターミナルもＪＲも交通がかなり便利です。 また今回は、葬儀出席でしたが、葬儀場も駅北口だったので、歩いてすぐでした。 通夜は斎場で宿泊でしたが、翌日の告別式後は、ホテルで、ユックリ足を延ばしてお風呂に入り、ぐっすり寝ることが出来ました。

大地震に遭遇したけど、朝食の準備していただき大満足、フロント、特にレストランホールの年輩女性の対応非常に良ったです。今回のことですがパジャマは私には合わない様です。

～ダブル料金でツインの広いお部屋でゆったりプラン～ 苫小牧港よりホテルに到着、早めのチェックイン手続きをしていただき、快くフロントで荷物を預かっていただけました。有難うございました。 札幌雪祭りへは、苫小牧駅から札幌駅までの往復割引券を購入できました。 館内の大浴場で、ゆったり入浴ができ雪祭りでの疲れをとる事ができました。 アメニティーグッズの中には、女性用に化粧水・乳液も揃っており満足。 部屋には空気清浄加湿器もあり、ぐっすり眠れました。 エレベーター内に、朝食バイキングの混雑時間帯などのデーターも貼っており参考になりました。 ロビーでは、セルフのコーヒーを飲み、新聞を読み過ごせました。 周囲に高い建物もなく見晴らしも良かったです。 又、北海道旅行の際、宿泊したいと思います。

“It's not a big bath.”
I was satisfied with the location, room, and facilities. I had a twin room and it was spacious and relaxing. The only reason I chose Luthein was that it had a large public bath, but I was disappointed in that. There were three washing areas and the bath was so close to the washing area that it was like being doused, so when other companies washed my body in the washing area, the spray flew out. I couldn't help but pay attention to them. So, it is necessary to be careful of bathers and wash them. It should be described as a small bathhouse or a mini-bathhouse, not a large bathhouse. The only shampoo placed in the large bathroom was Steven Knoll, which surprised me.
