口コミどおり、古めかしい設備ではありましたが、安さと立地を考えれば利用価値は十分だと思います。充電するためのコンセントがなく、冷蔵庫のコンセントを抜きました。ユニットバスも古く、潔癖な方は気になるかもしれません。

“暖かいサービスが嬉しい”
チェックイン前に到着して荷物を預けるときのフロントの女性の方の対応がとても親切でした。また、お風呂場の配管のちょっとしたトラブルもありましたがこれも迅速にご対応いただき、とてもありがたかったです。正直、施設の経年劣化は仕方がありませんが、それをソフト面でしっかりカバーしていただけるホテルで、温かいスタッフの皆様の対応は次もまた泊まりたい、と思う対応でした。またお世話になりたいと思います。ありがとうございました。

上野駅から近く便利でした。ただ体格のいい自分には風呂とトイレが狭くて難儀してしまいました。空調は快適でした。
