朝の朝食スタッフの活気溢れる「おもてなし」には感心を致します。 ただインバウドとの朝食スペースの区分が有れば、最高だと感じます。 又、チェックイン時でもスペースを分ければ、より一層ＧＯＯＤだと思います。

池袋北口から徒歩７～８分。飲食店があるエリアから少し外れているため、夜は騒がしくなく、睡眠に支障はない。寝具やカミソリ、くしなどは部屋備付ではなくロビーで調達する必要があるため、慣れていない人は不便を感じる可能性がある。こうしたことを考慮すると、宿泊料金は妥当（安価）と思われる。

Hotel was good in general. Satisfied with room, rates and accessibility. Guest check-in/out counter needs to be improved. Was not impressed with staff manning counter. Needed help with the internet connection (instructions in Japanese) but staff was not he
