Room was tidy and neat, with the basic amenities - standard fare for business hotels. The staff spoke passable English (which is meant as a complement, as few people in Japan can speak any English at all, and my Japanese is horrible). Location is excelle

We were very happy with the service provided by this hotel. The staff was very helpfull and friendly. We were very happy to find a hotel that would fit our family of 4 into one room although it was a little bit cramped.

The room was a bit dirty. They had no lift for their stairs for your luggage. The hotel photos make the place seem bigger than it is. They also don't put a sheet between you and the doona. The doona was old and brown, the bed wasn't very clean. This hotel

“Very good”
The location is very good as able to walk from Shin Okubo station (just one station from Shinjuku). Our package also included with breakfast as very simple just bread, coffee, cold salad, one sausage and bacon, then if stay more longer it will be very bore
