It was crowded during GW, but there were a lot of people. The staff was tense, didn't smile, and didn't seem very friendly. I was looking forward to breakfast, but I was disappointed. I was looking forward to breakfast, but I was disappointed.

We were able to leave our luggage with them and attend the concert with a light load. I was upgraded from a single room to a twin room free of charge when I checked in, which made my stay very comfortable. Thank you very much. The room was on a high floor with a view of the Tokyo Dome, which I had requested. The staff was very attentive and courteous, and we had a pleasant stay. We received a 5,000 yen discount with the National Travel Support Program, a 3,000 yen Tokyo Plus coupon, and 4,700 JTB points that expire at the end of December, so we were able to stay at a very reasonable price.

We were able to enter from 2:00 p.m., but the system was designed to avoid congestion by distributing numbered tickets, etc., and chairs were provided so that those of us with bad legs could sit and wait in comfort. The hospitality of the hotel staff was also very pleasant, and we were able to relax in comfort.
