I expected it to be within walking distance from the land, but it was too far to walk from the land without taking the monorail between stations. There was a shuttle bus available, so if we had used it properly we would not have had to walk so far, but on the way back there was a long line for the bus and it was a bit of a hassle. The room was much smaller than it looked in the pictures, and there was no baggage rack, so I had trouble opening my suitcase because the floor was too narrow. I didn't want to put my suitcase on the floor without a luggage bag. I also personally disliked that the slippers were not disposable. The good thing is that it was the cheapest hotel in this row, even on Saturday and Sunday.

I had to pay an additional fee when I checked in. Therefore, I had to pay an additional fee when I checked in. It would have been nice if there had been a confirmation since we had made our reservation early. The rooms are theme park-like but small. The hotel staff was very polite and nice.

The bathroom was very clean and comfortable with a separate toilet and bath. The service was good, they brought our luggage to our room when we dropped it off. The bus driver was a former Disney entertainer or DJ. The outside scenery and atmosphere that we saw from the shuttle bus and hotel on the way to the hotel was very American. There were a few strands of someone else's hair on my pajamas that were clearly different from ours, and they smelled bad and had no laundry folds or creases, so they must not have been washed. My pajamas also had some men's hair on them and smelled a little. There was also someone else's hair on the pot. When I called, they responded appropriately, but it was very difficult to get through to reception because of the large check-in traffic. The pot and tea were in a drawer, so it was hard to find them. The carpet in the room is dirty and blackened. Damages such as peeling furniture and wallpaper have not been repaired.

This was our first time staying here. I was surprised at how delicious the breakfast bento was for two nights! My children enjoyed it. I would like to stay again with the breakfast bento plan. Thank you for your hospitality.

I was a little apprehensive about the day of my stay after reading the review sites after making the reservation, but the response at check-in and the room was well appointed and my apprehensions were allayed and I had a pleasant stay. The rate was very reasonable and the breakfast service for consecutive nights was very good. I would definitely use this hotel again. If I may say so, it would have been nice if there was a sitting chair in the bathroom (I think there was one for children). （My wife said she felt sorry for the camel tied to the bed lamp.

It seems that the room was originally without amenities, not the plan. I wish there had been a description of this in the reservation plan. Toothbrush is charged 200 yen. I forgot my charger and went to borrow it, but there was a charge for it. The bed was a hard mattress. The bed making was too firm, so it was hard to pull out the top cover. All the staff were polite and nice. The night bus driver was great fun. I went from work to the hotel and felt like I was on an attraction.

ディズニー宿泊の時はいつも泊まらせていただいています。ランドや舞浜駅から近くて、ホテルからバスが出ていますし、孫がまだ年齢が小さいので（小学生からゼロ歳まで）、毎回とても便利です。 スタッフの皆さんが、フロントもレストランもとても優しくて、孫に手をふってくれたり、声かけてくれて、フレンドリーな所も有り難く、嬉しいです。 宿泊前の問い合わせも、毎回、とても親身に対応してくださいます。 今回のウェスタンルームは、落ち着いた雰囲気で特に好きでした。 コンビニもディズニーショップも利用しました。便利で助かります。 また泊まりに行きます。ありがとうございました。

ＴＤＬからリゾートラインに乗車せずにバスが運行されているのがとても便利です。 お世話になったお部屋は探検家のお部屋で楽しいお部屋でした。 エレベータが開くと、フロアー毎にテーマに沿った内装なので楽しかったです。 チェックインも然程待つことなく対応頂き、不快な事は何も無かったです。

一歳児つれてのディズニー旅行に利用しました。お風呂は洗い場付きで子供と一緒に入ることができ、朝食も離乳食で食べているような食材があったので一緒に食べることができました。 リゾートライナーの駅までの送迎を利用して朝からディズニーシーを満喫することができました。 ホテルの方の対応も素晴らしかったです。 一つだけ残念だったのはトイレにあった受話器？のコードに埃がたまっていたことです。

やっぱりこの時代Ｗｉ－Ｆｉは全室に完備して欲しいです。 お天気も変化しやすく急な雨もあり、スマホ片手に情報を得ている者にはＷｉ－Ｆｉが必需品ですので、ぜひ完備して欲しいです。 部屋からは海が目の前で、羽田空港に降りる飛行機も見られ、スカイツリーも東京タワーも見られ、こおコロナの時期にここで夏休みをリゾート気分で過ごせたのはとても良かったです。

旧サンルートの頃から利用しており、ファーストリゾートに名前が 変わってから初利用です。プレジャールームを利用しましたが お風呂の洗い場が広く、バストイレ別なのは快適です。 お部屋も別夫婦と未就学児２名の計４名が快適に過ごせました。 子供用に補助便座、踏み台を準備いただき助かりました。 カリフォルニアというレストランを利用しました。とても満足がいく 料理ばかりで、子供達も喜んでいました。 お部屋の加湿器が僅かですが匂いを感じたので清掃されるとより快適に 過ごせると思います。 ホテルの送迎バスの運転手さんが「ディズニーリゾートは１～２月が一番 空いている」と助言をくれたのですが、実際その通りだと感じました。 また宿泊したいホテルです。

はじめて宿泊しました。冬場でしたので特に、洗い場付きのお風呂はとてもよかったです。多少部屋の古さは感じましたが、泊まるには全く支障なく、快適に過ごせました。朝食のバイキングもおいしかったです。

ディズニーリゾートへ行く際はよく利用していますが、いつも安心して利用させて頂いています。居心地の良いホテルです。ただお部屋によってはＷｉ－Ｆｉがないのが残念です。その点以外はパーフェクトです。また利用したいと思います。

“Tiara in the hallway”
I checked in at the Welcome Center at Maihama Station in the morning, and after the park closed, I took the hotel bus from the land to the hotel, which took about 5 minutes. I received my room key and breakfast ticket when I checked in in the morning, so I didn't have to stop by the front desk to check in at 9:30 p.m. during the busy time of the day, and I was able to go directly to my room by elevator. I was happy to find a room with a view of the park, just as I had requested by phone in advance. The tiara in the hallway and rose ornaments in the room were a nice touch after the park. The bathroom had black mold on the floor and corners, but we decided not to worry about it since we were paying a reasonable price. The buffet breakfast was served around 7:30 a.m. and we did not have to wait long to be shown to our table with a great view. When we finished eating and left the restaurant, there were many people waiting in line, so we were glad we decided to come early.
