I stayed with my aunt in a twin room. My aunt is elderly, so the location was good and the walking distance was short. The staff was very attentive and explained everything to us. The room was a twin room, but one was a semi-double and the other was a single. The room was small, and the size made it difficult to spread out with luggage. I feel that this is unavoidable for this location. The bathroom was spacious, clean, and relaxing. The only thing that bothered me was the smell of the bedding cover and pillows. As soon as I entered the room, I could smell the sebum. I responded by wrapping a bath towel around the pillow. I was able to sleep with the deodorant provided.

The rooms and baths are beautiful. The bath is really great. My hair and skin felt smooth after bathing due to the special water. It is a pity that the bath towels are no longer free to use, but I would like to stay here again.

I was puzzled by how to enter the room, but once I got used to it, it was easy. I was fascinated by the bath, and it has been a long time since I have used it. I will book again next time.

Super Hotel where I stayed last month was so good that I used Super Hotel again for my business trip to Tokyo. Close to Tokyo Station, next to Yaesu Midtown! Next to Yaesu Midtown. The hotel has a large public bath in a great location in the heart of the city, so I was able to heal my body after a long day of walking. After getting out of the bath, I looked at the alcohol vending machine and found that a chuhai was only 140 yen! I was surprised at how inexpensive it was without going out of my way to buy it! I stayed three nights in a row and was very satisfied. I would like to stay here again when I come back to Tokyo.

The operation is complicated (I asked for a visit to the room to explain how to use it) The screen is blurred, and it is almost impossible to see when there are lights on.

I arrived at Tokyo station at night and used the hotel on a business trip to Makuhari early the next morning. I reserved a room because of the large public bath and the projector. The bath room is equipped with a yukata (Japanese bathrobe) and slippers, and there are free lockers in the room so you can bring your own towels. Although the room is a projector room without a TV, I was able to relax with the images and music that suited my mood, including the possibility of watching TV and other music scenery on YouTube. The room does not have any amenities, but you can bring your own at the front desk, which I thought was very nice and unnecessary. I also thought the smiling faces and customer service of the staff, including the staff who helped us from the entrance to check-in, was excellent. I had a pleasant stay despite the short time I was there. Thank you very much. I would definitely use this hotel again if I have the chance.

This is the first time I stayed at this hotel for its location, but it was too close to Tokyo Station and the front desk employees were excellent. The room was small but functional, with an air purifier, and gave a normal impression. However, I was surprised to see yukata (casual kimono) in this day and age. I thought a top and bottom indoor wear was a must. I went to the bath, which I expected to be open, but the changing rooms and inside were crowded, and there was no one else in line for the washing area. Why don't they have a capacity system or something? Breakfast was too low compared to other restaurants in Ikebukuro, and did not look like a healthy breakfast. The salads were made with shriveled vegetables, boiled vegetables with pure white pork fat floating on the surface, crumbled taro, boiled eggs that could not be peeled, etc. In general, except for the tofu, there were not enough items to choose from. The number of items was small and disappointing, and the chair arrangement and atmosphere made it difficult to eat in a relaxed manner. I thought that if the breakfast and bath were improved, the location and customer service would be better, so my evaluation would be higher, but I was disappointed.

I chose this hotel to attend a seminar on the 24th because it was near a train station and I wanted a large public bath. I booked a room with no meal, but I added breakfast on the spot. The location of the hotel...I took a cab to the hotel by mistake because there is an affiliated hotel, Ginza, a little closer to the hotel. The room facilities...spacious for a single woman...shaving kit for a single woman...alarm clock...charging cable and run cable...2 USB ports and 2 adapters on the bedside table...TV shows how crowded the men's and women's large bathrooms are...the large bathroom is not big ryokan style so you can wash your body at once...9 people...carbonated bath is for 3 people...and the shower is for 2 people.... The number of people who can wash their bodies at one time is 9. The price is reasonable for the number of meals, but the breakfast is Japanese/Western breakfast.

Super close to Tokyo station- lots of shops and restaurant options close by. Room was small but well organised and had all amenities. Loved the choice of pillow options. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Great location, opposite Tokyo station. Room is pretty small but this is quite common for most of Japan hotels. The service at the reception is awesome, helpful staff. The hotel offers a great selections of pillows which is a bonus. Onsen is decent.

八重洲口、東京駅近辺でお得に泊まれるホテルです。周辺は高級ホテルが多いためお値段も高く庶民の感覚では利用できませんが、駅に近くかつ納得できるお値段で宿泊できました。お部屋は狭いですが、大浴場は空いていてゆっくりできました。枕の交換もできたり、朝食も予想より品数が多く満足できました。場所柄外国人の利用が多い感じがしました。フロントの説明案内も好感が持てました。

コミックマーケットと翌日のディズニーで利用しました。 立地も良く駅から近いのが良かったです。 ただ、大浴場の洗い場が少し狭く体を洗う順番待ちが時間によってはあるのが難点かなと思いましたし。脱衣場も少し寒かったです。 枕を選べるのは毎回寝具に悩む私には凄くありがたかったし朝食もおいしかったですが、部屋にコーヒーが欲しかったのと朝食ももう少しバリエーションがあったらなお良かったなと思います。 ただ、トータルで見れば寝具も寝心地がよく、ディズニーに行った後にお風呂で足を伸ばせる事が凄くありがたかったので次に東京駅周辺に泊まる際は利用したいです。

“The windows...”
The room window was almost nonexistent, so it was difficult to get outside air. The room had two semi-double beds, so it felt small. I could have chosen my favorite pillow, but it was too late to check in, so I was disappointed that I couldn't. But other than that, I was mostly satisfied. Other than that, however, I was mostly satisfied. The front desk staff was energetic and efficient. The restaurant staff was also very efficient. Although there were not many dishes, each dish was very tasty. The ingredients were good. I understood the spirit of LOHAS, but I would be happy if the price of the room was a little lower for that. The large bathroom is very satisfactory. I appreciated that I could use it until 10 am. It was really helpful to be able to leave our luggage before and after check-in. If I have a chance, I would like to use it again next time.
