“It was left up to me.”
It was a double with a loft, which was nice. I felt it would have been nice to have two face towels, one for bathing and one for wiping my face in the morning. The reception was smooth even on short notice.

Convenient place to stay. Room are smaller than other SUper Hotels but we made it using the additional bed to store stuff. Breakfast food can be improved as there are sweets above all.

Ueno is a convenient location, with plenty of food, and easy access to the trains. The hotel is a 5 min walk from the Iriya exit, and about 10 mins (15 mins with luggage!) from the Skyliner station.
