I stayed at the hotel for the first time in several years. Compared to the past, the attitude of all the employees was much better. They even had smiles on their masks. The check-in was self-service in addition to the check-out, so even if the reception was crowded, there was almost no waiting time, making it a stress-free experience. We will stay there again.

We chose this hotel because it is well located, convenient, and we have used it in the past. Check in and out was handled by a machine and was smooth with no wait time. The beds are comfortable. The amenities were efficient as I could choose my own in the lobby. I chose a slightly higher room, but the poor location with a view of the building in front of me from the window was depressing. The floor of the bathroom is made of stone, so there was a lingering smell, and when I opened the door, I could smell it. There was also mold on the walls of the bathroom. It would be better to clean the walls as well. Also, the skin of the chair in the room was stretched and when I sat on it, the pipe hit my butt bone and it hurt. I know it was a difficult time in Corona, but I think it would be better to take care of it since the number of guests is expected to increase in the future.

“Again, it was comfortable.”
The room we were initially assigned was overlooking the highway, and when we could not sleep due to the noise from the cars, we asked for a room change, which they agreed to even though it was late at night. The new room was explained to me that it was on the ocean side, and when I looked at the view from the window, I realized that I had always stayed in ocean-side rooms since my time with Sunroute. If we had stayed in a room along the highway first, we would have stayed in a different hotel after that. If you want to sleep in a quiet environment, I would recommend either specifying the ocean side or bringing earplugs. The rooms have more storage than standard rooms, and the bath has a separate tub and washing area, which is convenient for longer stays or those with a lot of luggage. I don't tuck in my top sheet, but they made my bed that way the next day without me having to say anything, and I appreciated the thoughtfulness. Again, all the staff, including the restaurant, were very nice. Thank you very much.
