      “I will never use them again.”

      First of all, it took a lot of time (as much as 30 minutes) just to check in. In addition, the receptionist at the front desk was.... I was told that if I registered as a new member, I would get a bottle of PET and an extra hour check-out, so I registered as a new member, but it didn't go very well. It was not only us, but other guests also took a long time because it was not smooth. I was surprised that the bed mat in the room had not been changed because it had a stain from masturbation. The bathtub and washbasin had a strange drainage pipe smell, and I didn't have the courage to fill the bathtub with hot water. The only thing that was smooth was the check out. I will not use this hotel again.

      “Rooms were clean and comfortable.”

      The room was very cozy and comfortable, with security on the ladies floor. It was a little hard to walk about 10 minutes from the station because it was winter and we had plans for the evening. One thing that was very disappointing was that the bathroom smelled so badly of cigarettes that I had to check to see if it was a smoking room. The cause was that the bath towels smelled horribly of cigarettes, and the smell was permeating the bathroom. I thought after returning home that I should have had the hand towels changed as they were fine. This was very unpleasant.
