The room furniture, bedding, bath...the whole place looked very dilapidated. The paint was peeling and spiky on the wood of the table and mirror stand. As expected, we would like these to be replaced with new ones! I looked at the towels as soon as I entered the bathroom and found hair on them, even though they were supposed to be new towels that had not been used yet. I have not used that towel and the bath towel. I thought about having them replaced with new ones, but decided not to because it would be a hassle. The sheets also had hair pilling and looked old. They look old. Amenities are also scarce. I would say it's eco-friendly, but I paid a lot of money to stay here, so I hope they keep the quality at least.

The location is very good, near the station. The room on the 24th floor of the new high-rise main tower was nice with a good view and plenty of room. The bed was my preferred firmness and I slept well. My one complaint was the lack of electrical outlets, especially the one at the desk. One complaint was that there were not enough outlets, especially one at the desk, but when you charge your phone, you can't use anything else. If possible, I would like to see a USB power outlet next to the bed to charge my phone. Overall, I was satisfied.

I used to stay with my family every summer before Corona, but I hadn't been here in 3 years. Now it was only open in the main tower. I was surprised. Maybe that is why I felt there were not so many people there. The hotel is conveniently located in front of Shinagawa Station, and there are many places to eat in and around the hotel. I was disappointed that there was no movie theater attached to the hotel that I wanted to see. I hope Corona will be settled and the old bustle will return...

The room was on a higher floor than the one I stayed in at New Year's, so I had a nice view and could see the Shinkansen bullet train. The room was also clean.

“First time I stayed here.”
I stayed at this hotel with travel assistance because I had wanted to stay there once. I arrived in the morning and had to wait in a long line for 30 minutes to drop off my luggage. I was told to go to a separate counter for travel assistance procedures, which made me even more tired by the time I got to my room. It was during spring break, so I guess it can't be helped, but I would like to see improvements. The bath was a type that discharged hot and cold water with no temperature settings, and the shower was a hassle to switch between the two. Breakfast was served in a temporary room, so it was not crowded and we were able to have a leisurely meal.
