    room was smaller than expected for the price. did not eat in hotel so no comment. only contact was with front desk...staff tried their best despite the language barrier. location...claim to to be next to station but it was more like next to the track. the

    We loved our stay at the Shibuya Stream Excel! The staff was so friendly and helpful. Room was beautiful and had a great view of Tokyo. Bathtub/shower was luxurious. Breakfast was tasty and nice. Hotel location was the best part. Perfect access in Shibuya.

    The entrance to the hotel was a little hard to find at first. Google maps says to use exit 14 from the train station, but do not use that, use exit 16B and you will be much happier, there is an elevator or escalator that will take you to the hotel entrance

    位置真的很方便,整個環境很新,很乾淨.酒店樓下有很多餐廳可供選擇 ! 客房細細但設備齊備, 空氣很流通,可以選用暖氣冷氣. 整體感受和體驗都十分好,下次到東京會再入住^^

    飯店新穎，工業風裝潢。浴室浴缸很大，床舒適。房間可攤開兩個29寸行李箱。房間為落地窗型，採光極佳，我的房間甚至可看見東京鐵塔！樓下有超市營業至11pm，也有小小的美食街。飯店對面即是澀谷Hikarie，步行至澀谷主要街區也很近。唯獨房間打光方式容易令眼睛炫光。目前因爲澀谷站在修建中，所以至飯店會有點繞路。

    酒店時尚新淨，景觀很好。地點本來時很好的，可惜根據japanican的位置指示，帶著行李是找不到酒店出口的，最後一邊走一邊問人，用了45分鐘才走到酒店。原來因爲修路的問題，jr 出口改了。。。建議japanican應該更新一下。 最後離開時問酒店職員，才知有另一個走3分鐘（帶著行李不用走樓梯）就到jr出口的路。 另外，詢問某個酒店職員一些在涉谷附近的店鋪在地圖上的位置時，我們提供了地址和店名，可是酒店職員對涉谷十分不熟，每問一個地點，她都上網找10-15分鐘，然後才回答，然而答案也未能指示正確位置。最後

    整體都很棒, 可惜電視螢幕小了點. 地點看來離澀谷站很近, 但因為附近工程加上高架路段, 仍要走上上下下一段路才能到達澀谷駅

    非常方便的酒店，但找的时候花了点时间，在商场的4楼。上到房间要换另外一部电梯，房间在日本算很大了，主要是交通方便，到涩谷中心走走也就10分钟，商场本身的楼里就有很多吃的，这次没来得及去吃。同行的朋友已经打算下一次也住这里了。

    设施非常新，位置闹中取静，去涩谷原宿购物有一定距离，楼下餐厅很多，去机场没有直达班车，公共交通还算不错不过都需要步行一段距离。打扫房间有一天竟然没有清洗用过的杯子，有一条浴巾上有明显脏污。早餐品质很好，但品种不多。
