A few years ago, I stayed there with my then-wife (lol) and had the impression that it was a very nice inn, so I wanted to come back someday. It worked out that I had some business in Tokyo, so I made a reservation. Since we were planning to have a drink, I was concerned about getting a hangover from drinking too much? However, I was feeling good the next morning, so I had breakfast at the café on the lobby floor. I have the impression that there were many international guests at this hotel before, perhaps because of its good location. Takarazuka Theater is right in front of the hotel, and Yurakucho Station is nearby, making it very accessible. Above all, sleep is comfortable. I was able to get a good non-REM sleep at a hotel that bears the name of REM (laugh).

I booked a single room for the first night and a twin room for the second night with my daughter, with the intention of moving to a different room. We have been using this hotel for a long time and would definitely use it again because of its good location and accessibility.

I had a corner room on the 4th floor, which is a low-rise floor, and it was the closest room to the train tracks, so the trains passed by every minute in the morning and were very noisy. I could not sleep at all. I was very disappointed because the hotel claims to be a hotel that is particular about sleep. The windows did not open and the rooms and bathrooms were not equipped with ventilation, so it was difficult to get rid of the bad smell in the bathrooms. The windows in the rooms do not open either. I wondered about the measures against coronas.

“It is very comfortable!”
It was a very comfortable place, just as it was rumored to be! The entrance was hard to find since we checked in at night, but I thought it was somewhat confusing to see it in the light of day, but it was nice and secluded, not like a lodging facility. Everyone at the front desk, restaurant, and housekeeping was very friendly. We had dinner at the restaurant with pasta, salad, and red wine. All were very tasty! The showers in the guest rooms also had strong water pressure and blew away our exhaustion. Thank you very much.
