This hotel was wonderful for my visit to Japan. It was central to most of my landmarks in Japan, and easy walking distance to the metro system. It was also a quiet neighbourhood that went to sleep early.

Close to 3 subway/train stations. Small room but expected for a budget hotel. Clean. Nice staff but not fluent in English. Awesome bread for breakfast.

ＪＲと都営地下鉄の駅から１０分足らず。ワシントンホテルの簡易ホテル。サービスを減らしている分値段が安い。朝食付きで泊まるだけなら十分でしょう。

“東京駅への移動にも便利”
翌朝早い新幹線に乗るために利用しました。東京駅付近の高いホテルには泊まれないため、近くで利用しやすい価格帯で助かりました。朝食もパンを複数種類食べる事ができたので良かったです。

よく利用します。徹底して無駄を省いたコンセプトは、宿泊者が理解していればとても優れたホテルだと思います。朝のパンもおいしくてコスパはとても良いです。少し歩けば浅草橋の飲食街。おすすめです。

“まったく落ち着けない照明”
何ケ所かの「Ｒ＆Ｂ」ホテルに泊まりましたが、そのすべて、お部屋の照明が、天井でなく、壁に長い蛍光灯（ＬＥＤ？）を縦に取り付けた形状でした。円筒形のカバーを回して光量を調節するのですが、事務所か工場用のような白く強い光で、まったく落ち着けません。光量を絞ろうとカバーを回しても大して暗くならず、フルオープンにすると、狭いお部屋の全体が、目に突き刺さるような縦長の光源から過剰に明るく照らされ、イライラします。このライトの他には、これも過剰に明るい卓上ライトしかなく、隣のビルとは近接しすぎているため朝になっても驚くほど暗く、気分も落ち込みます。気にならない人は気にならないのかも知れませんが、人間の生理に安らぎを与えない光の設計で、どうしてこのような照明にしたのか、理解に苦しみます。（せめて暖色にしてください）料金はお値打ちだったので、とても残念ですが、次からは利用いたしません。

“フロントに当たり外れが”
近場の飲食情報を訪ねた際には丁寧に対応してくれるベテランスタッフ。けれど備品を借りた時の若い女性スタッフは、聞き間違えやずっと待たせるなど最悪。ワシントン系だけどもうここは活用しない
