I often use the Oriental Hotel when I go to Disney with my family. I was disappointed to find that the Disney Store in the hotel was gone after a three-year absence.

This time we stayed for a couple of nights to go to Disney Sea. We decided to include breakfast. We enjoyed our stay with a very satisfying breakfast. There were many amenities to choose from. The employees were very kind and helpful. I would like to stay there again!

For the second year in a row, we traveled to Disney for 3 days and 2 nights at the Oriental Hotel Tokyo Bay! It's in a convenience store and the breakfast buffet was great!

This is a good hotel good location with plenty of restaurant around. Convenience store is within the hotel. very recommended for family. no internet access in room but in the lobby you can pay 50 yen for 24 hour internet access.. and they also have laundry

駅からすぐだし、荷物を預けるのも楽。アメニティルームがおしゃれ。ウェルカムドリンクは生ビールやスパークリングワインもあり。子供達にはお菓子を詰めたり綿あめを作ったり出来て、小さい子にも良い。 ただ、チェックインで混んでいる時はエレベーターに並ぶのですがスタッフがいない為、並んでいるのに気付かずに割り込む人が多くちょっと不快でした。 朝食ビュッフェはたくさん種類あり、美味しかったです。

お部屋やサービスには大変満足でした。ただ、チェックインに非常に時間がかかります。タブレットで宿泊者全員の情報を入力しなければならず、大変です。また、チェックイン時にフロントで毛布の借用を依頼すると、嫌そうな顔をされ、気分が悪かったです。また、毛布をその場でドサッと渡され、結構な重量とカサがあったので部屋まで運ぶのに苦労しました。

散々待たされ、２部屋予約が、ひと部屋ない。と言われて、予約確認メールを何度も見せ、、、それでも見つからないと言われ、、、こどものいる方だけ、先にひと部屋チェックインさせて欲しいと言ったら、ありました。と２部屋分のキーを、渡されました。 お待たせしました。でも、すみませんでもなく。 なので、ホテルの説明もされず。 一言いいたかったけど、チェックインのお客さんがたくさんいたし、すぐにでも部屋に行きたかったし、で嫌な思いをしました。 子連れに優しい、ががっかりで次はないかな、です。

電子クーポンを使えるところがない。紙クーポンなら時間を気にせずにいくらでも使えるのに。１０００円分なのでＴＤＲ戻りで館内コンビニで使おうとしたら紙しかだめ。もう遅かったので翌日にイクスピアリでと思ったらすべての店舗が紙のみ。結局、時間に追われてクーポンもタイムオーバーに。せめてホテル内では使えるようにしてほしい。

乳幼児が２人おりましたので靴を脱ぐことができる部屋が一番リラックスできます。ハイハイ中なのでコルク床も！洗い場付きのお風呂、トイレ別、洗面台２つ。なかなか空きがないのですが、今回見つけられてラッキーでした。２回目の宿泊でしたが、チェックイン場所が変更になっていて、以前の方がよかったと思いました。館内ですれ違うスタッフの方たちは必ず皆さん挨拶してくれて気持ちよかったです。朝食はもう少し子供向けのものがあってもよかったのかなと思います。

“It was great.”
We had a comfortable stay. The lounge service before check-in was wonderful and the bath in our room was relaxing. The staff was friendly and the selection of amenities was wonderful. The only thing I thought was disappointing was that the inside of the TV stand was not cleaned very well and you could see quite a bit of dust. Perhaps it was more noticeable because the rest of the room was great.
