    The hotel and room were high quality. Very pleasant staff. However, perhaps the cleaning staff weren't well trained? The room had strange substances on the walls and staining on furniture. Made me wonder what other cleaning task cleaners may have skipped o

    Modern style hotel, very comfortable room and bathroom is great!!!. Location is also close to UENO station which is very convenient to take Keisei to Narita airport. We will use this hotel again next trip to Tokyo.
