The receptionists were very friendly and helpful. It was nice that there was also an in-building gown for my 2 year old grandson. The only thing is that the toothbrushes for toddlers seemed hard, so I wish they were a little softer. Of course, it would be nice if the toddlers could also use the large bathroom. I would like to stay here again if I have the chance.

We were able to spend a relaxing time again. The TV was convenient to check the status of the baths in the hotel and the crowds, so we were able to avoid the crowds. I would like to use this hotel again.

We had a force room with four permanent beds, so we were able to spend a relaxing time. We were able to check on the bathtub crowd on the monitor, and since we were on an eco-friendly plan, the room was cleaned every other day, so the hotel staff did not ask us about our room on the way to the bathroom.

“I'm sorry.”
Stayed here for a pre-Disney stay. There were diapers in plastic bags lying in a rather conspicuous place under the bed. The coupon form for the special travel campaign of the person who used the room before us was also left there. We called the front desk and had our room changed. The staff was friendly and helpful, but we were a little disappointed with our stay.
