看東京文華東方飯店官網說有提供免費wifi 於是詢問櫃檯 櫃台說:本飯店無提供免費wifi 我們才問說:但你們官網也寫"提供免費wifi". 櫃檯才改口說:你們從訂房網訂房,所以無提供免費wifi !! 因為我們也不知訂房網跟你們的收費. 那飯店官網就不應該公告此服務 訂房網怎麼和飯店合作 消費者並不知情 如果飯店不是一視同仁,就不應該公告"提供免費wifi" 因為 我們訂的房型也不便宜 也要NT23220.- 雖然 我自己有帶wifi機吃到飽,但感覺還是很差. 房間很舒適高雅大

極為優秀的一間飯店。擁有高空景色與良好的服務人員，對兒童親切，服務無微不至，早餐用餐時，我抱著小孩端菜時，服務人員立刻過來協助，幫我把所以需要的餐點端到座位上這種親切體貼的服務是在其他飯店從未遇到過。還有在對於從飯店到東京鐵塔的路線有所困惑時，感謝飯店第一時間提供協助，這樣優質的飯店推薦給大家!!!!

“Exceptional”
Good location. Close to Ginza and Tokyo station. Room has magnificent view. Service is excellent. Quality of food is very good at breakfast, with a spectacular view. Had dinner at the Tappas Molecular Bar. Excellent food and great service from chief cook P
