Room is spacious but old. Quilt cover kept dropping off from quilt and quilt cover created a lot of noise when one tossed(due to the material used). Staff was not friendly when we asked for direction to the train station.Took a long time to settle our bill

This was our 2nd time to stay in this hotel. Coz we drove a car, it was convenient to stay in this hotel with a car park facility. We could also enjoy a walk to the Shinjuku for shopping and dining.

We stayed in a delux twin room. We loved the city view and the room was huge for Japanese standards. A great place to get over jet lag...highly recommended,. The airport bus service from Haneda drops off at the hotel too which was great after a long flight

I stayed at Keio Plaza for several times. Even it is opened since 198x, the hotel maintenance is good. However, some of housekeeping is not really good at the job. Leave the glass without wash in rooms.
