I had never stayed at a hotel in a downtown area before, so I was a bit intimidated as a country person. However, it was very convenient and close to the station. The sauna was spacious and was renovated in December, which was nice. However, I thought it would be even better if the large bathrooms were cleaned more often.

まさしくリーズナブルといえばそれが正解だろう。都心近くで、この価格で泊まれると言うことは貴重である。難をいえば、駅から３分というが、西口地下通路をかなり歩き、地上に出たところからは３分だが、駅改札からすると１０分くらいになる、地下通路だから雨にも濡れず、暑くもないが、出口からの方向もわかりにくい。西口五叉路からの方向を間違えると訳がわからなくなる。リピーターになれば使いやすいだろう。 部屋は綺麗だが、風呂トイレはとても狭い。高身長の人には使いにくいかもしれない。それ以外はほぼ満足できる。

何度か利用したが今回の部屋は最低でした。 ドアガードチェーンが外されていた。ハンガーラックが落下してきた。アメニティやコップが置いてあるラックの天板化粧板が剥がれ汚い。ベッドボードに穴が開いてた。風呂トイレが狭く、トイレはドアを閉めると膝がぶつかる。部屋がカビ臭く、マスク着用で過ごした。次回も同様の部屋であれば即交換です

“Front Desk Service”
I have no complaints about the facilities, room size and location for the price. The sauna and large bathroom are nice features. If you try to check in just after 3pm, you will have to wait quite a while. The front desk used to normally deal with interrupting guests who did not follow the order of arrival first, but this has improved now that they are handing out number tags. Depending on the front desk staff, you may be assigned to a different room even if you are staying for consecutive nights.
