連泊したかったのですが、同じプランで取れなかったので、違うプランで予約しないといけなくなってしまったのですが、部屋のランクはそろえることになりますが、連泊で同じ部屋にできますと言ってもらえて助かりました。結構いい部屋だと思ったので、もう１パターンの部屋ってどんなのだったのかなと気になってしまいましたが、同じホテルで部屋移動は面倒なのでそろえてもらえて助かりました。ありがとうございます。

“総合的に満足度は高いが少し不満点も”
田町駅から１２，３分程度。途中コンビニ、飲食店も多く、食事にも困らない。部屋はきれいで満足度は高い。ただ、各フロアの部屋がエレベーターホールの反対側の場合、かなり歩く。吹き抜けを取り囲むように部屋が配置されているので、寒い日暑い日はもろに天気の影響を受けるのが難点。また、外国人の団体宿泊客が多く、フロントや朝食会場が結構込み合うため、急ぐときは少々焦ることもある。
