Could have better detailed and updated directions to hotel as JR Shinjuku Station is quite big. Recommend Kaishu-Kaido exit near Wendy’s restaurant to be easiest access to hotel. Rooms are small. FYI semi double is equivalent to a standard single room.

I was entitled to late check out at 13:00 and told the staff when checking in. However my door card was being disabled before 13:00 on our last day. We needed to go back the counter to re-activate it.
