Very nice hotel in Kabukichou, the whereabouts are somewhat noisy until 2am (best for party people). Room, service, price are excellent.

Compared to other hotels of the same price range in the area, this one is very expensive for a not so good service offered. Rooms are looking very 90's style and seem to never have been refurbished. Smells of smoke and moisture. Disturbing noises of fridge
