Cheap rates compared to nearby hotels, although not along the main Chuo Line. Breakfast is plentiful. Convenience store attached. The bath water mixing system is a type where the hot water and water are turned on separately, and the temperature of the water was not constant. If they could only do something about this, I would not mind the oldness of the building.

霞が関に出張し、翌日は都庁へ行くために宿泊。丸の内線で往復しましたが、新宿から約１０分の南阿佐ヶ谷駅から徒歩２分という便利な点がまず良かった。 シングルルームは１４平米とのことで、空間としてゆとりがあります。トイレは洗浄機付。 夕食は周囲に色々あります。東京ですから。 朝食バイキングは６：４５から。待つのが嫌なので開始すぐに行き、３０分超いましたが、混み合うことはありませんでした。品数も十分です。リピート間違いなしです。

“laundromat”
The laundromat is available from 7:00 a.m. to midnight, but we would like to see the hours extended to 6:00 a.m. to 1:00 a.m., even if it is only an hour before or after. If it is crowded at night and we have to use the laundromat in the morning, if we start washing at 7:00 am, it will take at least 30 minutes to wash and 30 minutes to dry the clothes, which will take at least one hour in total, and the time of departure will be after 8:00 am.
