The hotel is close to JR Ueno Station and is small and neat, and the front desk is very helpful and pleasant. The only drawback is that there is no convenience store nearby.

The room was very small however the hotel is right across the street from a major train station. If you are used to business hotels then it is ok. The "washoku" breakfast was better then I expected.

駅地下で大変便利な立地です 建物は古いけど、中はきちんとリフォームされており、部屋の清掃も行き届いていて気持ちよく泊まれました アメニティは必要最低限ですが、質の良いものが置かれています 女性へのサービスの入浴剤やボディクリーム、お部屋のチョコレートも嬉しかったです コストを抑えつつも、宿泊客に必要なサービスは何か考え抜かれてるなぁと好印象でした また機会があれば利用したいと思います

上野駅から徒歩１分圏内でありアクセスは良いです。多少古さは感じますが、宿泊には申し分ありません。今回、朝食はつけませんでしたが以前宿泊した際は定食の感じで良かったと思います。
