great service, very friendly and helpfull. plenty of luxury shops inside Hotel and good varioty of resturants and convienent stores.Very close to Metro. if you love Arts then this is an area you should stay, if you like shopping, you will need to use the M

桜はまだでしたが夜はライトアップされていて綺麗でした。 朝も朝食後に散歩されている方がたくさんいらっしゃいました。 アジア圏以外の海外の方が多かったです。 お部屋もバスルームも広くて快適でした。 リクエストしなくても加湿機能付空気清浄機があったので良かったです。 無料貸し出しのところにヘアアイロンがありました。ドライヤーはパナソニックのナノイードライヤーでした。

“It's wonderful, but...”
Overall, this is a great hotel. The rooms have a nice atmosphere, but are somewhat dark, so not suitable for remote work. The bathtub is old and slippery, so be careful. The only disappointment is the garden lounge. The only disappointment is the garden lounge, which is still a buffet and has only sandwiches on the a la carte menu, but the service is poor. (The front desk, guest rooms, bell captain and the rest of the staff are really nice).
