We used this hotel for a baseball game. This is the third time this year, and this time the room was on a higher floor with a great view. The amenities were excellent and the employees were very helpful. Breakfast was also delicious. We will use this hotel again next time.

It said that there was no charge for children sleeping together up to 12 years old, but that was not applied from the Rurubu reservation. I informed the hotel staff, but was told there was nothing they could do as it was after the settlement. The hotel felt very old and not even a bottle of water was provided in the room. I was somewhat disappointed because even business hotels nowadays provide bottles of water for the number of people in the room. The breakfast buffet in the morning was quite ordinary. The staff working in the restaurant were not friendly and seemed listless. The counter staff were still very friendly and helpful, but I don't think I will use the hotel next time.

I used the Chiba Tokubari Campaign. The customer service is as good as it gets. I would like to use it again when I go to Marin. Breakfast was also delicious.

“Good location”
I used this hotel for business at Makuhari Messe. It was close to the nearest station and very convenient. We arrived earlier than scheduled, but were told that our room was ready and we were able to use it before check-in time. It was a very hot day and we were worried about heat stroke, so it was a great help. The breakfast we were looking forward to was just as we expected and we ate too much. It was very good. I would like to use this hotel again if I have the chance.
