After finding hotel we did wonder regarding location how wrong were we, 5 mins from subway, after good but repetitive breakfast a super fast trip to the key spots in Tokyo. the arcade below subway had great range of shops and restaurants. we could ask for

“朝食スタッフの私語は改善希望”
快適に過ごせました。今月初めての利用で２回利用させてもらいました。朝食スタッフの厨房内での業務と関係ない談笑、客にわからなければいいが客にしっかり聞こえる談笑はよくない。コロナの問題もあり衛生面は今まで以上に気をつけなくてはいけないのにポテトサラダにコバエが飛び込んだのか埋もれていたのは絶句。客が手袋やマスクをしていてもホテル側が雑な対応はよくない。ジュースを飲もうと思ったらジュースの横にある氷を入れるアイスペールの中も、ほぼ氷は溶けて水溜まり状態。暑い時期に窓側に置いているのだから、まめにチェックして補充してほしい。

“快適に過ごせました”
快適に過ごせました。フロントスタッフも前回利用したのがわかっている為かチェックイン時に省略する説明と必要な説明をきちんと客側に確認して対応してくれてよかった。朝食はよかったが前回利用した時と全く同じ内容だったのが少し残念。無料朝食だから内容的には満足だが今回自分は１泊だったが連泊で同じ内容の朝食だと寂しいかな。せめてポテトサラダがマカロニサラダに変わるとか、ほんの１品でも変化があると良いと思う

“家族４人で利用”
家族４人でトリプルベッドを利用しました。以前マンションだったような感じのつくりのホテルでしたが、値段のわりによい施設でした。朝食の同線が悪く、人数のわりに混んでいたように感じました。ただ、無料のわりにおいしくいただきました。トリプルベットはありがたいです。また利用させてください。

パン食だったので、おにぎりなどのご飯があれば有難いです。部屋は明るくきれいでしたし、お風呂も広かったので気持ちよく過ごさせていただきました。洗濯機が部屋の中にありますので、連泊時には有難いと思います。また、利用したいです。

“台風”
　２泊の予定でしたが、大型台風で都内のほぼ全ての交通機関、新幹線、飛行機も運休のため、急遽１泊キャンセルしました。急がないと帰れなくなるので、慌てていたのですが、フロントではキャンセル料が満額かかるという説明をのんびりされました。（ホテル付近は避難勧告も出た地域）今回の旅程の中で予約した　別のホテルもキャンセル料がかかる時期でしたが、後日キャンセル料が戻ってきました。仕方ないとはいえ、ホテルによる対応の違いを感じました。

上まで吹き抜けでリゾートの雰囲気でした。アメニティーも使い捨てのスリッパで無いと嫌だったので常備されていて良かったです。宿泊代も安くまた利用したいです。
