This is the first time I have used this hotel. The hotel is close to the nearest train station, and there is also an outlet nearby, so it is very convenient. However, the breakfast buffet was a little disappointing as there was not much variety.

The room was spacious and relaxing. Even if you have a lot of luggage, there are shelves that can accommodate a large trunk, so you can use the room space without it being an eyesore or an obstacle.

フロントの対応がイマイチでした。 ホテル側のミスをこちらのミスのようにされました。 チェックインが１５時にならないとできず、幕張メッセでイベントがあるため 沢山の方が宿泊するのでロビーは行列！部屋の掃除も終わり、預けた荷物を部屋に入れてあるなら他のホテルのように早めにいれるとかして欲しいです。 ツインを予約したのに、１つのベッドは ソファーベッドでした。 寝心地が最悪でした。

“Conveniently located for transportation”
I used this hotel to drive from my stay in Chiba City to the suburbs. I thought it was conveniently located near the Lotte Marine Stadium, hot spring facilities, coastal parks, shopping malls (outlets), etc., close to the station and very easy to use when traveling by car. The hotel's parking lot was also fine for a compact car, although sometimes we were refused parking by cars with a high height, but this was not a problem. The 1,000 yen per day for guests is very helpful. The hotel was very beautiful, clean, and luxurious. The rooms, while somewhat old-fashioned, were neatly cleaned and comfortable. Breakfast was satisfactory with just the right number of items, both Japanese and Western. In total, I would have liked to have kept the price a little lower, but I think it was a reasonable price considering the good location.
