Great hotel for value. Rooms were comparable to other Japanese hotels and were very clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful although there was a language barrier with many of them (we were tourists and do not speak Japanese). Great location that is

We stayed at the Gracery Tamachi for five nights altogether and are very positive about the hotel. The rooms were small but clean and pretty. Service was pleasant. Breakfast was adequate. Good value. Five minutes walk from the Yamanote line.

立地、サービス、部屋の備品、朝食どれをとっても、このクラスのホテルとしては標準以上で、よく利用させてもらっています。モノレールが上を走っているわりに、音もそう気にならず過ごしやすいです。 今回はホテル裏手で新芝橋の水辺の流れを見ながらリラックスさせてもらいました。

“I was satisfied, but disappointed in one thing.”
It was very close to the station, with restaurants nearby and good security. The front desk staff was pleasant and helpful. I have never used the lounge this much before. Unfortunately, the staff was talking to each other in the hallway near the lounge. I don't want to hear what seems to be business between staff members. （The man I saw was also talking without greeting me and paying no attention to me, and I had to walk through the hallway to intercept him. I would like to have my family members talk in the back. I was disappointed that this happened twice, because it was a nice hotel but the people were not.... The staff at the front desk was very nice, so it is a shame that the hotel is losing out due to the behavior of these people. I was satisfied with the hotel and would like to use it again, but I will think about it after the incident of standing in the hallway.
