Extremely well located modern and spotlessly clean hotel. Limited interaction with staff who were efficient and pleasant but did not go out of there way to be helpful or flexible. Room was small as is often the case in Tokyo. WiFi very poor

Glad i booked this hotel. It is very near all the tourist sites. 10 mins walk to Tsukiji market. You can take the Ginza & the other subways from here. It is also a 10 mins walk from the Narita express yamanote line. The hotel is clean with equally fri

This hotel has largely met our expectations. We particulary appreciated the courtesy and the helpfulness of the receptionn staff. The rooms, even if small, are well furnished and comfotable.

“Good for Ginza”
I think the price is reasonable for the Ginza location (about 1 km from Yurakucho station). Walking from the station is somewhat difficult with large luggage. The hotel sign is inconspicuous and the entrance is small and you have to go up to the 3rd floor to find the front desk, so it may be difficult to find if you arrive at night. I went out and got lost on my way back. The walls of the rooms are thick and it is hard to hear the noise from the next room, which is quintessential.
