The receptionist in the lobby was very friendly and helpful. I had called ahead of time to let her know that I would be arriving late, and she was well informed and made me feel very comfortable. We had our child with us, and although the bathroom smelled a little, the room was very clean and we had no problems. The breakfast was also very relaxing!

I stayed here for two days for an event. I had reserved a room for one night, but when I checked in, the front desk staff told me that I was staying for two consecutive nights, so I was able to stay for two consecutive nights without having to change rooms.

The building is run by a company that is mainly involved in the bridal business, so it is full of taste in many areas. The building itself is old, but it has been updated and is comfortable. The vending machines in the basement are conscientiously priced and worth a look! The staff was very nice and thoughtful.

On the day of our stay, we arrived quite early, but they kindly allowed us to leave our large luggage with them and we were able to complete our errands smoothly. Although there seemed to be a large event being held nearby, check-in went smoothly. The only disappointment was the breakfast. I was looking forward to the buffet breakfast as it had been several years since I had been there, but there were only a few items and it was a bit disappointing.
