      “Great location, excellent service”

      Generally satisfied except for the smell in the room. As soon as I entered the room, I could smell the raspy smell v my nose. I tried fabbing the whole room as soon as I arrived, but it didn't go away. After a while, you get used to it and don't mind it anymore? But when I go out and come back, I can smell it. What is that smell? I wondered if I should ask them to change the room, but they said it was fully occupied, so I didn't want it to be a waste of time and energy, so I gave up. If possible, I would like to stay in a normal room next time. I won't go there again! I was generally satisfied with the room, other than that, I would not go back. Oh, I wish they would stop setting the timer to turn off the air conditioner in 3 hours by itself.

      Great location very near JR's Shinjuku New South Gate (Southern Terrace), convenient for Tokyu Hands (though the outlet at Shibuya is larger) and many other shops. I especially liked having Starbucks just outside the JR gate (best-tasting soy latte ever!)
