Very good hotel with an excellence service. The location is a little bit far from the center of Tokyo but Odaiba is a great place for a familly (lots of amusement and malls). The room are very big for Tokyo and very clean with a lovely decoration. I recom

The bed was too hard. Food wasn't as expected for hotel and Japan. Service wasn't up to par, especially at the buffet which kept running out of food.

We were warmly welcomed by Mr. Kai Harada of Hilton Tokyo Odaiba on a rainy Tuesday afternoon and he was very accommodating and professional. He had set us up for a twin room with a fantastic view of Odaiba Park, Tokyo Rainbow Bridge and the Tokyo Tower. T

“I didn't know rooms like this existed.”
I booked a deluxe twin room to motivate my 6th grade child who is preparing for an entrance exam and to relieve my accumulated stress. I was really looking forward to the view from the room, but we were shown to a room on the bottom floor where we could only see gravel and walls. If you go out on the balcony you have a view of the bay, but from inside the room you see nothing but scenery worse than at home. No sunlight shines in, and the room is dimly lit both morning and evening. I was devastated that such a terrible room existed at the Hilton and that I was put in this room even though it was a weekday the next day, and I had to spend my first hotel stay in a long time feeling terribly miserable. If it was a cheap room-as-you-go plan, I could have just said, "Oh well, it can't be helped," but I decided to book the room based on the picture of the view. It was too much. I felt no hospitality at all during my stay.
