The hotel allows smoking in the common area (lobby). We faced heavy smoke (cigars and cigarettes) permeating throughout the lobby area in the evening. If the hotel allows such smoking in the open, it should really equip itself with nice ventilation in such

The concierge/level of service is the best I've experienced. The rooms are spacious and high-end. We stayed here for our honeymoon and I would recommend.

“　電通を足元に寝ころぶ快感”
歌舞伎座近くの立地を求めて初宿泊。思いがないアップグレードをしていただき、家族が大変喜びました。夕食から戻り、噂のクマちゃんを楽しみにしていたのに、どこにも居ない！？思いきって電話すると、すぐに持ってきてくれました。ラウンジもさすがのホスピタリティーで景色も最高でした！お正月の混んでいる時期のせいで、あっという間にフードメニューは無くなっていましたが笑シャンプー等アメニティ、オリエンタル系と別のも選べるといいですね。でも、また宿泊したいと思います。

“うーん。。。”
一流のホテルなのに。。。チェックイン時の混み具合、待ち時間が長かった。チェックイン後、お部屋に案内出来る方がいなかったので「自分で行きます」と言って、エレベーターに乗り宿泊フロアに到着したらまだ清掃が完了してなくドアが開けっぱなし。部屋を探していたらフロア係りの人が「お客様何号室ですか？」と親切な意味合いではなく、怪訝な顔をされました。おまけに「お名前は？」ですって。よほどクレーム言おうかと思いましたが、とりあえず落ち着いて言葉を飲み込みました。いろんなホテル宿泊していますが、こちらにはご縁がなさそうです。
