      small room but expected for Tokyo. Good value for money. Good location in Shinjuku, although because it is a small street & amongst other small streets can be difficult to find. Breakfast is bread, rolls & croissants.

      Close to the subway, and a fair walk from Shinjuku station. The hotel is small but the room is perfectly servicable, the staff is great. Breakfast is basic, but good enough!

      very nice staff, the room was not very large but well organised, be careful, the hotel is not very easy to find, you must take the "C8" exit of the Shinjuku Sanchome station to find the hotel on your left
