“テレビと朝食”
お部屋をグレードアップしていただき、長期滞在用？のお部屋にしていただきました。が、２台あるテレビのうちの１台が壊れていて、電源が入りませんでした。見に来てもらいましたが直らず、ルームチェンジを提案してくださいましたが、深夜であり明朝の出発も早かったのでお断りしました。チェックアウトの際にテレビのことは何も言われませんでした。一言あってもよかったのでは・・・朝食の際には、コーヒーを取りに行ってる間に食べかけだった皿を全部引かれて、ナイフとフォークまで下げてありナプキンも交換される寸前でした。スタッフが慣れてなかったように思いました。
