Luggage could be checked in before check-in. The front desk staff was busy, no smile, and explained things without hesitation. Check-out was easy as it was settled by machine. Baggage handlers were friendly. The view of Sky Tree and Sensoji Temple from the room was very nice. The night view was also wonderful. We had a deluxe twin room for 3 people. I was expecting one bed to be an extra bed, but I was glad that all three beds were the same regular size. There was a washbasin in the room, which may be convenient, but the hair dryer is also in the room, so it may be noisy for your companions.

I was very satisfied this time. The room we were left to our own devices was a twin. To put it well, the Skytree side. Although it was a guerrilla downpour, there was an umbrella service. Please continue as long as possible.

Single rooms are small and non-functional. One person should be given priority if a twin room is available.

Please provide a karaoke box in a corner of the banquet hall. I think there are many overnight banquet guests who would use it for group after-parties after the banquet. Please consider this.

“check-in”
Check-in took a long time. There were 4 people at the front desk and it was no different than any other hotel, but it took a long time anyway due to the lack of attention to detail and the amount of hassle involved. I had already paid online, but I had to fill in everything from address to phone number (which was already listed online), they also got my plan wrong and charged me for parking. Breakfast tickets and card key set up were also done on the spot, which I thought was a factor in the mistake and time consuming process. You need to issue your own card key after the check-in process. My husband and child in a wheelchair were with me, but no special consideration was given. We also had to pay the metropolitan tax again when we checked out. To be honest, I wondered how many times I would have to wait in line.... The location and food were good, but I was concerned that there was more hassle and burden on us than at other hotels, not that they were understaffed....
