We stayed for 6 nights. The hotel is very accessible by any transportation. The rooms are well equipped but very small. we had very little place for our 2 suitcases. Breakfast is good (has Japanese and western menu).

Though it is located near the metro station, there is no escalator nor elevator for exiting the station...so the lighter the luggage... The room was clean but the bathroom really small. However it is a good stay with nice staff.

入口のすぐ横にベッドがあり部屋はとても狭いですが、部屋は清潔で利用時間が長く値段がとても安いので、総体的に考えれば満足のいく内容です。

三泊中、二泊を神田駅前ホテル、一泊を人形町駅北ホテルに宿泊しました。どちらも満足でしたが備え付けのヒゲ剃り切れ味が何故か人形町が悪く種類が違うと思いました。

“ビジネスに便利”
人形町駅から徒歩圏内。近くにコンビニや食事処等もあり、ビジネス・観光にも便利。１階にレストランもあり、朝食メニューもごはん、みそ汁、パン、サラダ、卵料理等、十分な種類をそろえる。朝食時間が７：００～９：００と短いので要注意（変更の場合あり）。部屋もきれいで、バス・トイレも特に問題ない広さ。外国人宿泊客も多いが、騒いだりしていることはなかった。

“急な宿泊”
新幹線を乗り過ごし急遽宿を探し、よくお世話になっているアパさんを利用させて頂きました。金曜の夜の当日予約でもいつも通りのリーズナブル料金で安心しました。予約して１時間もしないうちにチェックインしましたので若干心配しましたが問題なく。従業員さんの対応も良かったです。ありがとうございました。

“立地が良いです。”
人形町駅が近く立地が良いのでよく利用させて頂いております。今回は翌日の予定が遅かったので、面白そうな映画があればビデオカードを購入し部屋で映画でも見ようかなと考えていたのですが。何時も置いてある作品紹介の冊子が無かったので気が失せてしまい残念でしたが、のんびりする事にしました。従業員の方はいつも通り優しく丁寧に接して頂けたました。

“掃除”
部屋の掃除のレベルが微妙でした。トイレ便器に流し忘れ？のトイレットペーパーが！浴槽も排水が非常に悪かったです。明らかに我々のものではない毛が多数詰まって、溢れ出てきました。
