全体的に落ち着きが感じられるホテル。ＷｉＦｉの案内、タクシー乗り場の案内に不満があり。

宿泊翌日に打合せ予定があり、交通の便から選択した。 たまたま格安プランがあり、滅多にないことだからとして少々贅沢ながら当ホテルを予約。但し、予約変更不可・取消不可・前払いの条件付きだった。 宿泊して驚いたこと２件。１つ目はフロントもレストランも受付が外国人スタッフであったがとても流暢な日本語で対応してくれたこと。違和感なし。２つ目は朝のレストラン客の半数以上が外国からの人。 日本国内にいながらにして、世界の中の日本を感じた。物怖じしがちな私にとってとても良い経験であった。視野を広げねば！ 楽しかった。

とても良い環境でしたが、国際的なホテルとして、寝具の枕はフロントにて選択枝を広げてほしい。また、部屋の湿度管理は適正にして欲しい。とても乾燥していた。番外の事ですが、一流のホテルなら、フロントの方は特に「おもてなし」の心が大切と思います。第一印象で上から目線でとても不快でした。どんな人にも平等に優しく親切心を心掛けてほしい。

こちらのホテルは、普通のお部屋（私達はツインでしたが）に宿泊しても追加料金を払えばクラブラウンジを使用することが出来るので楽しみに出かけました。 国会議事堂の見える都心の夜景はきれいだし、朝食も１階のレストランは行列でしたが、クラブラウンジ使用のおかげでゆったりのんびり朝食出来て、快適でした。ありがとうございました。

“Cosy city hotel”
We stayed on a Saturday in May. It was a Saturday, but not that expensive and reasonably priced. The room was clean and overall good. We asked for instant service twice for bathrobes and ice cream, which was handled promptly. The gym is also available, and the room was clean and spacious. The location is fine, near Toranomon and Roppongi, and it only takes about 3 minutes to get to Tameike-Sanno station. There is also a convenience store within walking distance.
