Tokachi Auberge

Guests here can enjoy the delicious flavors of Hokkaido, served up in a special Tokachi French course meal. This auberge, nestled amongst the verdant conifer forest of Nakasatsunai, consists of three cottages and its own restaurant. Guests will love the privacy afforded by the cottages and surrounding flora. The cuisine comes strongly recommended, with great importance placed on two main principles. First, the cuisine here is made with local ingredients from agricultural center Nakasatsunai itself. Second, the chef masterfully uses each ingredient in its entirety: vegetables from root to leaf, fish from head to tail, and all cuts of beef.
