The hotel is far from Obihiro Station, but parking is free, so it is a very good hotel for those who visit by car. I was surprised that they had my personal data even though it was the second time I stayed here.

The mall hot springs were very nice, but it was very crowded. I felt the size of the hotel did not match the size of the hot spring. Not the hotel's fault, but there were people smearing coconut oil on their bodies in the washrooms and applying menthol lotion in the changing rooms, and the smell was too strong to be relaxing. As for the oil, I felt there was a risk of falling on the slippery floor of the spa. But it made my whole body smooth and the water was very nice.

This was my first time using this hotel. There were only three washstands in the changing room, so I had to dry my hair in my room because other guests were occupying the washstands. Other than that, I was satisfied. The bread was crunchy and tasty and the breakfast was satisfactory. I regret that I did not choose the plan with dinner. I would like to go back sometime.

Everything was comfortable. However, at breakfast, it seemed that the food was served to a group that came later than us, and they did not notice it until we told the staff. I would have liked to have seen some way to express my gratitude for the delay, or some other kind of supplementary information. I was a little disappointed at the end because I liked everything else so much.

“first visit”
A sauna friend of mine recommended me to visit for the first time, and I was thrilled and excited to enter the building. After checking in, I left my luggage in the room, went to the bathroom, cleaned myself up, and went to the sauna. I was the only one in the first set (sauna)? I was lucky to have the whole place to myself. However, by the third set, the sauna room was full. I would like to visit again someday.
