    The staff were friendly and professional in performing their duties. Hotel send off shuttle drop us at the JR Obihiro Station which is very convenient. The onsens were marvelous and the meals were generous. Keep up the good work! Thank you for giving us a

    清掃の行き届いた宿”

    娘家族と利用しました。 建物自体は古さを感じますが、清掃は行き届いていました。 食事は地方色もあり、全体的には良い感じがしました。

    子連れに最適”

    家族では初めて利用しました。一階大浴場近くとバイキング会場にキッズスペースができて子供たち喜んでました。欲を言えば大浴場近くの方におままごとなどあるともっと遊べるかと、、。夕食はバイキングではなく一階レストランを利用しました。豚丼もカレーも美味しかったです。これまた欲を言えばお子様ランチにラーメンメニューなど加えていただくと有難いです。宿泊者専用の最上階大浴場は狭いですが眺めがとても良いです。ノンアルコールビールが自販機品切れ、売店取り扱いなしだったのでそこが今回の残念だったところですかね。従業員の方はフロントもレストランも脱衣場のお掃除の方も全て感じのよい方でした！また機会がありましたら利用したいと思います！
